How the work reaches you.

Warrantee is a digital service. Nothing is shipped; the work arrives in your repository or as a download.

    What you receive

    The code change, the tests that prove it, and the evidence for every check: as a pull request in your GitHub repository, or, without GitHub, as a zip you download from your jobs page.

    How long it takes

    Your jobs page shows every step as it happens, with how long that kind of step usually takes. Most jobs finish within hours of approval; larger ones can take longer.

    When it counts as delivered

    When every approved test passes and the pull request or zip is ready for you. That’s when the held payment is charged, and when the warranty starts.

    If it can't be delivered

    If we can’t prove the work against its tests, we tell you why, nothing is delivered, and the hold is released. You aren’t charged.
